Everyone is unique and we all approach life differently. Because I am an integrative therapist it means that I am able to use a mixture of different therapies to help you as an individual. Here are some of the therapies I use:
Using skilled hypnotic techniques, the conscious part of your mind relaxes allowing your subconscious mind to be open to suggestions which can challenge and update your negative patterns of thought. This in turn will make it possible for you to achieve the desired outcome you want.
You will be in a trance like state but your subconscious mind will always be aware of everything that is said and what happens whilst you are in trance. This is a very relaxing technique and you are always in control of the session and cannot be made to do or say anything which you do not wish to.
Psychotherapy helps you learn about your moods, feelings, thoughts and behaviours. Using a range of techniques, it aims to increase the sense of your own wellbeing and empowers you to be able to respond to life's challenges in a more productive way.
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, otherwise known as CBT, helps you identify negative patterns of thought about yourself and the world. Together we can explore these thoughts and challenge them to change unwanted behaviour patterns.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming, otherwise known as NLP, questions the thinking patterns you have and creates an awareness of why these occur. Using NLP techniques, you can change your negative un-resourceful thinking patterns and behaviours to more resourceful and positive ones, to help achieve the goals you want.
